Telling My Birth Story: An Interactive Workshop
Sunday, June 23rd, 2024
10am-12pm
Join us for a morning of interactive storybuilding and telling. You'll have an opportunity to sit with your birth story, with all of its twists and turns. We'll use meditation, facilitated sensemaking, movement, and art to move through what comes up, what you want to release, and the things you want to hold onto from your experience bringing your baby into the world. This workshop is open to all community members who have given birth. Space is limited, so sign up now!
